      Trying to upgrade from 1.0.4.4 to latest version 1.0.4.9, receive the following error after clicking GET IT –> TRUST IT. Account has Full Control, also tried with Farm Account as well.

      Hello,

      As the upgrade is controlled by the SharePoint farm the best I can suggest is to uninstall / resinstall if you see this issue repeatedly.

      Otherwise if it is an on-premises installation then you can review the ULS log for more information.
