“Reload Data” doesn’t work

      We have a field titled “Programme” which is a hierarchy of Programme Names. When we make changes to that hierarchy and come to Bulk Edit … it does not reflect the changes.

      We have “Reloaded” the data, even waited overnight, but it does not seem to ever get refreshed.

      Is there some special magic trick we need to know?

      One hack I’ve discovered to make it work is as follows:
      1) Remove the column that is not updating
      2) Click on RELOAD data
      3) Add the field back in.

      It should now be refreshed.
