Error: Sorry the update failed, ensure that the project is not checked out

Hi team,

We have setup up Project Server 2019 in our SharePoint 2019 farm and have installed the Bulk Edit app via App store. When we try to edit the projects using the bulk edit app, the associated project data is loading as expected in the edit grid. But when we try to make changes to any project field and save it, the app is throwing an error.

Error – Sorry the update failed, ensure that the project is not checked out then try again. (Status unknown: 0)
