Is it possible to restrict access to projects based on user’s permission group?

It seems that by default your Project Server Bulk Edit add-in enables access to all project files regardless of which Project security permission group the user is assigned to.

So, is it possible to the restrict the project files that our users have access to perform bulk edit operations based on the user’s permission group?
