Project Bulk Edit – This site can't be reached

Hi Martin. Long time, no speak. Hope you are well and kicking goals still mate.

I have deployed Bulk Edit for an on-premise Project Server 2013 global customer. They are encountering an error when you click the bulk edit button in the project centre ribbon bar:

This site can’t be reached:

app-02b86216ea7f00.spprodapps.customer.com server IP address could not be found.

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

I have trusted the application, re-trusted it and it seems to be installed. I noted something around the “SharePoint App Management Service”. Could this be the problem perhaps? Any pointers on how to resolve this would be much appreciated!
