I have been experiencing an issue on client site whereby the bulk-edit app checks out projects but never performs the update and therefore gets stuck in status even if you leave it for an hour or so.
This relates to Project online. I uninstalled and re-installed the app (version 220.127.116.11) and refreshed the permissions even. My account is a full project online administrator and site collection admin of the PWA site collection. It was previously running several months ago but started to mis-behave several weeks back.
