How can i get a Side loaded version of Bulk Edit

I have a Project Server 2013 customer who really wants to use your bulk edit tool but IT have locked down their environment to not be connected to the outside world.

Your website implies the ability to download the solution to side load into their environment but the contact page is not working for me sorry in chrome or edge. Can you please get in touch with me on how my customer can go about this and if their are any commercials involved.
