Obtaining the Bulk Edit – .app file

Hi, we are looking at using the “Bulk Edit” app in Project Online environment. Is it possible to obtain the .app file so we can install to a specific site collection within our environment?

Our 3rd party application governance doesn’t permit the app to be deployed across all site collections, which is what the default install experience from the app store supports, so we are hoping to obtain the .app file so we can deploy this directly into the site collection app catalogue in the PWA site collection.
