Unable to change project owners

      Hi,

      as an administrator, I am unable to change project owners. Once I click on the project owner’s name the text disappears and there is no lookup table to choose the new owner from. I also get this error: Get project owner data error: Internal Server Error. Any suggestions on how to make it work? Thanks in advance.
